These were kind of confusing because i had this idea in my head how i wanted it to look and then i couldnt seem to figure out how to do that. It was awkward looking when i tried to use my hand and just wasnt coming out the way i planned, lol.
So my dad volunteered to be my hand model since i obviously needed a few more pairs xD

The capsules I used were kind of cool, and my dad was just going to throw them away so i might save them and take more pics later if i come up with anything xD


I need some backdrops that are not bed sheets or curtains and arent all wrinkly xD
I also need some lights.
And while I'm at it... I need a studio too xD with lots of space.

The background was a pain because it was just a pillow case and it had been folded for a while so it was all wrinkly xD

I have recently fallen in love with manual focus. Since I dont own a macro lens (yet. its on my christmas list. im crossing my fingers) sometimes I can get cool shots with the manual focus and for some reason it never occurred to me until my dad mentioned it, lol. So yeah. The other day my cat was being sleepy so I just started snapping away messing around with shutter speeds, aperture and of course, manual focus. yay.

Im not completely happy with the second one. I like the idea but I think her nose looks weird.



EDIT: i colored her nose pink.
i like it better than the original coloring for sure, lol
It just might be a little too vibrant ;] but i kinda like it

Okay this isnt officially my "T" photo. But today I went out and had this great idea I would shoot raw because I've heard people talk about how great it is and read about it a little bit. I took about 200 photos and I came back inside and my computer couldnt find them to download so I had to manually move them all and THEN i couldnt see them or anything xD SO i freaked out and asked for help on a photography forum I'm on. I installed Picasa 3 and it seems kinda cool. But I was not happy that most of my photos looked like crap D:
I still have to figure out how to upload pics straight from Picasa. I am all confused now and I have a head ache xD So this is a test. Im not that happy with raw right now. And its too late and too dark to go out and take pictures again at the moment >_< its kinda really bumming me out
