Project 365; Day 72

I did take photos, I was just too worn out by the end of the day to post them :]
This was my favorite from a photo shoot I did on Friday the 13th (my lucky day? lol)
Also my first paid gig :] I also did individual portraits of the boys.
I have other ones that they didn't buy that I liked so I'll try and get those onto my computer
And I shot in RAW and survived it :P

I was going to post this on Saturday but Flickr was being gay and so I couldn't.

This is one of the first official portraits I've done with my new lights and background stuff :D

A guy in the library today walked by and went "Woah! is that a Nikon?"
I said "yeah," and he asked what kind so I told him and that was it. lol
Im not sure why that's relevant.
But I think I'm more comfortable taking my camera out with me now.

Aaannnd tomorrow! My lights are coming.
In case you didnt know, xD I borrowed some money from my dad and bought some awesome lights... I cant wait to use them :]

I think im all caught up o_o
Anyways, school has been melting my brain but next week i'm going to get all caught up and hopefully spend some time actually taking good pictures x3 for some reason I just havent been too thrilled with my recent ones. i like the colors in this one but the focus confuses my eyes, lol

tomorrow hopefully i'll have some cool ones but its a surprise so i cant tell you xD

So I panicked and pulled out the poster board today :P
I forgot to paint on it so I actually do have a plain white poster board now, lol
it does have some little bended parts but its not a big deal

Whoo, I got all busy and didn't have time to post so I'm posting two more today and two tomorrow
Anyways, this was a shiny little handle thing on a counter door at the place my mom's birthday party was. Since it was shiny, i noticed it :P and had to take a picture.

For my mom's birthday my dad printed off some of those black and white portraits I was doing and that was my gift to her, and I guess from the rest of my siblings too but I did the work (minus the printing) ;D

I was cutting vegetables for my mom's birthday party and this one jumped out at me so I was messing around with it. Unfortunately only a couple came out and i didnt like them, lol.

Whenever anyone pets her or touches her or anything she starts growling and meowing or hissing at you like she's about to bite your face off xD Im not sure if she's just got a chronic case of cranky-old-lady-cat-syndrome or if thats how she expresses enjoyment but she is ALWAYS annoyed, all the time :P

February 13th was my 17th birthday
my parents got me a backdrop holder-upper thing xD and some solid color sheets to use as backgrounds.
as soon as i get around to ironing them, they'll be even more awesome :]
So here is my little brother, Joshua, demonstrating it for the first time :P it was quite random so i didnt have time to wash his face but the background looks nice xD

This the baby girl that I babysit. She's absolutely adorable :] but she didnt sit still long enough for me to get many good pictures of her, lol. And the light wasn't great. So she was getting sleepy and sat still for a few seconds aaaand i got lucky and happened to push the button xD
